April’s Challenge: Spring Clean to improve your Health!

Whether it is decluttering your mind or your actual living space it is good for your mental, emotional and even physical health to do some spring cleaning!

Here are your options (Choose one to focus on this month): 

-Exercise 3-5 times a week to burn off some extra stress

-Organize a room in your house that is messy or feels like things are out of place

-Declutter your office space or classroom

-Take 10 minutes every day by yourself to breathe and relax

-Go for a 5 minute walk every day and focus on the beauty around you

-Set some new goals for the upcoming summer months
