February's challenge promotes Healthy Heart Habits! In order to complete this months challenge pick two and work on them throughout the month of February.

-Take 2 walking breaks at work 
-Educate yourself on the signs and symptoms of a Heart attack or stroke 
-Wear your red sticker on February 13th to celebrate national wear red day 
-Be mindful of what foods are heart healthy and eat off the list Heart Healthy Foods .doc 
-Exercise 3-5 days a week!
