This month's gimme 5 challenge once again lets you choose what you want to individually change. There are 9 different options!! You need to choose two that you will personally do daily throughout January. 

Here are your options: 

9 thousand steps 

8 hours of sleep 

7 glasses of water 

6 minutes of meditation 

5 servings of fruits & veggies 

4 breaks, stretching & mental 

3 healthy meals & 3 healthy snacks 

2 hours of no phone before bed 

1 session  of exercise
