December's "Your Choice" Challenge This month we are offering a "Your Choice" challenge! Meaning you get to choose from these options below what your wellness challenge is for this month!

Here are your options: 

-Exercising 3-5 days a week for 30 minutes (running, biking, attending an exercise class, etc.)

-Only eating sugar 2 times a week (you choose the days)

-Incorporating more fruits and veggies in your diet

-Giving back to the Community and others (Get creative!)

 Before January 1st you will still need to take this quiz in order to receive credit. If you do not take the December's "Your Choice" Quiz you will not receive credit for December's Challenge.
